Landscape Technician – Full-Time or Part-Time

Site Maintenance is a locally owned commercial landscaping company that has proudly served Central Ohio since 1987. With two convenient locations in Hilliard and the Mill Run area, we maintain properties on both sides of I-270. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for reliable and hardworking Landscape Technicians to join our team.

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Technician, you’ll help keep commercial properties looking their best. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing on commercial properties
• Fertilization, weed control, and basic irrigation maintenance
• Assisting with pond maintenance and other grounds services
• Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a crew to complete routes on time

Snow removal duties are also part of the role during winter months.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dependable team members who take pride in their work. Ideal candidates will have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• A strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
• Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend or evening hours for snow removal in season)
• Part-time: Flexible hours available
